Ownership
BQS is a consulting firm which is 100% black owned and managed by the founder Mr. R.S. Baloyi (100%), who is a Registered Professional Quantity Surveyor.
Experience of Company
Baloyi QS has successfully rendered professional services for the past fifteen years on various projects ranging from Residential, Relocation Projects, Shopping complexes, Office blocks, Government programmes, Hospitals, Schools, Municipal Chambers, Police stations and Community halls.
Facilities Management Services were occasionally provided to the Gauteng Provincial Department of Public Works in Joint Venture with Turner and Townsend
Africa.
The firm has been involved in projects with a combined value of over 3 billion rands since its inception. The Clients that the company has worked for include IDT Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Limpopo.
The government projects undertaken were for Departments of Public Works, Health, Land and Housing, Arts and Culture and Education and these were for Gauteng, Limpopo and Mpumalanga Departments.
The Company also successfully undertook projects for municipalities such as Bushbuckridge, Maruleng Mbombela and Ehlazeni Municipalties.
